ossur is russo backwards — my last name. a small, unassuming way to put a little of myself into it.

i started ossur because i love bringing ideas to life. talking to founders, helping them get unstuck, bouncing ideas back and forth — that's my favorite part. there's nothing like watching something that lived only in your head come alive through software, and seeing a real person actually use it. it's so satisfying.

and the timing matters. with AI coding agents, building has become a commodity — you can get a high-fidelity, working prototype in minutes now. that changes everything about the thinking. you can take an idea, see it, and play with it almost immediately. that's where the real work is — and it's the part i love doing with founders.

i'm a non-technical technical person. i don't write the production code, but i live in the space between the idea and the build. i'll be your sounding board, talk through ideas, help you refine the product, prioritize what matters, get you ready to talk to engineers, to customers, to your data. i love creating solutions. honestly, i walk around looking for things to build — always trying to solve a problem.
