Market-to-Product Sprint
your market is already telling you what to sell next. i help you build it.
For founders with distribution but no technical product partner. Ossur Labs turns fuzzy ideas, repeated customer problems, and manual workflows into fast MVPs you can test, sell, or launch.
you have more ideas than time.
Your customers, audience, team, sales calls, coaching conversations, and DMs are full of product ideas. You can see the tools, systems, and digital products your market would buy. But without a technical product partner, those ideas stay trapped in notes, voice memos, and "we should build this someday" conversations.
this is for founders with signal.
- —you already have an audience, customers, community, or sales motion
- —you hear the same questions or problems over and over
- —you have product ideas but no technical partner to build with
- —you want a first version you can test, sell, or launch quickly
- —you don't want to hire a full dev team just to validate an idea
what can become real.
paid tool MVP
lead magnet quiz or calculator
client intake tool
sales training product
client dashboard
community resource hub
internal workflow system
waitlist or landing page
coaching / course companion
lightweight prototype app
Some builds use AI. Some don't. I use AI to build faster, but the product itself doesn't have to be AI-powered.
product clarity first. build right after.
- 01
unpack the ideas.
we look at the products, tools, and systems you already know your market needs.
- 02
scope the first build.
we turn the messy idea into a clear first version: user, flow, features, and what to leave out.
- 03
build the MVP.
i build the simplest useful version you can demo, test, sell, or use internally.
- 04
package the next move.
you leave with positioning, feedback questions, and a roadmap for what to improve next.
something real to put in front of the market.
- —MVP concept and scope
- —working prototype or MVP
- —demo-ready user flow
- —landing or waitlist page if needed
- —positioning blurb
- —feedback questions
- —next-step roadmap
- —optional retainer plan for iteration
sprint starts at $7.5k.
Most Market-to-Product Sprints run 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Smaller builds may be scoped lower. More complex builds, deeper strategy, or ongoing iteration may be scoped higher.

If the product gets traction or needs iteration, Ossur Labs can stay on as a product/build partner for improvements, new features, launch support, and product operations.
questions.
What kinds of products can Ossur Labs build?+
Fast first versions of tools, systems, and digital products: lead magnet tools, paid mini-products, client intake flows, onboarding portals, internal sales systems, training hubs, lightweight dashboards, waitlist sites, and prototype apps.
Is this AI consulting?+
Not exactly. I use AI to build faster, but the product itself does not have to be AI-powered. The offer is product execution: taking a fuzzy idea or repeated market problem and turning it into something real enough to test, sell, or use.
How technical are you?+
I am a product-minded builder. My background is in product management, and I build with AI-assisted tools. I am best for fast MVPs, prototypes, workflows, lightweight software, and productized systems. I am not positioning this as deep enterprise AI engineering or complex infrastructure.
Do I need a clear idea before we start?+
No. You can come with a fuzzy idea, a pile of notes, customer complaints, DMs, sales call patterns, or a manual workflow. Part of the sprint is turning that raw signal into a clear first build.
What do I need to bring?+
Bring the messy version: ideas, customer conversations, sales objections, team workflows, examples of what people keep asking for, and what you think your market would pay for if it existed.
Is the final product actually sellable?+
The goal is to build something you can put in front of your market. Depending on scope, that might mean a paid MVP, demoable prototype, lead magnet, waitlist product, internal tool, or first version of a customer-facing product. Some products will need iteration after the sprint before they become more polished or scalable.
How long does it take?+
Most sprints run 2-4 weeks depending on scope. You should see direction and product shape quickly, usually in the first week.
What happens after the sprint?+
If the product has traction or needs more iteration, Ossur Labs can stay on as a product/build partner on retainer. That can include improvements, new features, launch support, product ops, and ongoing build work.
Why not just hire a developer?+
A developer can build what you ask for. Ossur Labs helps figure out what should be built, what should be left out, how the first version should work, and how to make it useful enough to test or sell. Then I build the first version with you.
What is not a good fit?+
This is not a fit for complex enterprise systems, heavily regulated products, large-scale SaaS platforms, advanced AI infrastructure, or founders who want a fully polished product without testing a first version. It is best for fast, focused products that can be validated with a real market.
bring the messy idea. i'll find the product inside it.
You bring the audience, trust, and market signal. I bring product clarity and the build.
